We are seeking a smart and organized professional to assist senior management while handling sales coordination and office administration. The role requires multitasking, coordination, and good communication skills.
Sales Coordination:
● Prepare quotations and proposals
● Follow up with clients and maintain database
● Coordinate order processing and dispatch
Office Administration:
● Handle office operations, stationery, and vendor management
● Supervise housekeeping, pantry, and support staff
● Maintain records, documentation, and filing
Skills Required
● Good communication and coordination skills
● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
● Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
