Duties & Responsibilities:-
Receptionist:
Welcome guests, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming calls, transfer calls, take messages, and provide accurate information. Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area calendar.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Receive and distribute letters, packages, and other correspondence.
Keep the front desk tidy and presentable.
Sales Coordinator:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
Respond to inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and address any concerns.
Assist in lead generation efforts by gathering information about potential clients.
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote our offerings.
Preference will be given to those working in the Infrastructure company
Office Time: 10am to 6pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
