Skills Required
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
- Fleet and driver management experience.
- Customer relationship management.
- Financial and cost control abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labour laws, transport regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain branch records, vehicle documents, employee files, and operational reports.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company compliance standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
