Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT Services sales, particularly in Mobile App Development, ERP Solutions, and Custom Software Services. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling domestic and international clients, generating business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Mobile App Development, ERP Solutions, and Custom Software Services
- Identify potential clients through outbound sales, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, bidding platforms, and other lead generation activities
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable technology solutions
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with technical teams for requirement discussions, estimations, and project feasibility
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly
- Participate in client meetings, product demos, and business presentations
- Work on both domestic and international sales opportunities
Required Skills
- 3–8 years of experience in IT Services sales
- Prior experience working in an IT Services company is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Mobile Applications, ERP, and Custom Software solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales and client handling
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in International IT Sales is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar lead generation platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM tools and proposal management
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
