Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues.
- Repair laptops of brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Apple, and others.
- Replace laptop components including display, keyboard, battery, motherboard, SSD, RAM, hinges, charging jack, fan, and speakers.
- Install Windows, drivers, Microsoft Office, BIOS updates, and required software.
- Perform quality testing before delivery.
- Refurbish used laptops according to company standards.
- Maintain repair records and service reports.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of customer devices.
- Coordinate with the inventory and sales team when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Windows installation and software configuration.
- Motherboard-level diagnosis is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma, BCA, B.Tech, Polytechnic, or equivalent.
- Experience in laptop repair and refurbishment preferred.
