- Attend and assess patients in IPD and Emergency and provide appropriate initial medical management.
- Conduct regular patient rounds and monitor patients’ clinical condition and progress.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient case records, progress notes, treatment sheets, and other medical documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding patient condition, investigations, treatment plans, and any significant clinical changes.
- Attend medical emergencies promptly and initiate appropriate emergency management, including BLS/CPR, whenever required.
- Ensure timely investigations, medications, referrals, and implementation of consultant instructions.
- Coordinate effectively with nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and other clinical departments for continuity of patient care.
- Explain treatment plans and relevant clinical information to patients and attendants as appropriate.
- Participate in patient admission, transfer, referral, discharge, and LAMA processes.
- Ensure proper clinical handover at the end of each duty shift.
- Follow hospital protocols related to patient safety, infection control, medication safety, biomedical waste management, and NABH standards.
- Report adverse events, incidents, clinical deterioration, or other significant concerns promptly to the concerned consultant/management.
- Perform other clinical duties assigned by the Medical Superintendent/Medical Director.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
