We are hiring a Machine / Batching Plant Operator for our AAC blocks manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for operating batching systems, monitoring raw material feeding, maintaining production consistency, and supporting daily plant operations.
We are looking for a serious, stable, and disciplined candidate who can take ownership of machine operation and production quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate batching plant and related production machinery.
- Follow the given recipe and production instructions accurately.
- Monitor cement, lime, fly ash, aluminium, water, and slurry batching.
- Ensure correct material quantity and mixing sequence.
- Coordinate with production in-charge and quality team.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormal sound, vibration, leakage, or breakdown.
- Maintain production records, batch details, and downtime details.
- Support cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine area.
- Ensure production is done safely and without unnecessary wastage.
- Follow company SOPs and daily production plan.
Requirements
- Prior experience in batching plant, AAC plant, concrete plant, blocks plant, or similar machinery is preferred.
- Basic mechanical and machine operation knowledge required.
- Must be able to follow instructions accurately.
- Should be disciplined and willing to work in factory conditions.
- Experience in AAC block manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- Long-term commitment is preferred.
