Civil Site Engineer (Road/Highway Projects) – 2–3 Years Experience | Auto Level, DPR, BBS
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with hands-on experience in road/highway construction projects to manage on-site execution, measurements, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be technically sound and capable of handling site operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute road/highway construction activities at site
- Conduct leveling using Auto Level instrument
- Prepare and maintain DPR (Daily Progress Reports)
- Develop and verify BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
- Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications & quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor site progress, material usage, and workforce productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety and project timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in road/highway projects (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Auto Level surveying
- DPR preparation
- BBS preparation
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in government or EPC projects
- Knowledge of BOQ & measurement billing
- Familiarity with site documentation & audit
Mandatory Requirements (Screening Filters – Improves Quality of Applicants)
- Must have road/highway project experience
- Must have worked on Auto Level, DPR, and BBS
- Willing to work at site location
