Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily administrative and estate operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support services to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain office and estate facilities in line with company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for operational requirements.
- Handle office administration, documentation, records, and inventory management.
- Support resident and guest requests by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Ensure timely resolution of administrative and operational issues.
- Monitor housekeeping and maintenance activities to maintain cleanliness and service quality.
- Assist in organizing resident events, meetings, and VIP visits.
- Maintain administrative reports, service logs, and vendor records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Estate Management.
- Good knowledge of office administration and facility coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in hospitality, luxury residential communities, hotels, resorts, or real estate will be preferred.
- Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
