Account Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in India.
In this role, you will support one of our key international customers and be responsible for coordinating invoice-related processes, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth communication between different teams.
This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, organizing information, and managing multiple tasks at the same time.
What will you do?
- Track and coordinate invoice processes from GRN/SRN confirmation to payment processing.
- Monitor open items and identify reasons for delays or blocked payments.
- Work with reports, customer portals, and internal information sources.
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate solutions with responsible teams.
- Communicate with customer representatives, finance teams, and internal departments.
- Find the right stakeholders and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Represent the company during customer calls and regular meetings.
- Prepare reports and provide updates about current status, risks, and pending topics.
- Support improvements in existing processes.
What are we looking for?
- 3–4 years of experience in Customer Operations, Account Operations, Accounts Receivable, Billing Operations, Order Management, or similar roles.
- Experience from an international company or corporate environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
- Proactive attitude and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work independently.
