Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services using Python.
- Build and maintain secure, low-latency RESTful and asynchronous APIs.
- Write clean, testable, and highly maintainable code.
- Collaborate with frontend teams (working with frameworks like React or Next.js) to integrate backend services seamlessly.
- Architect, optimize, and manage database schemas and complex queries for performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical and architectural decisions.
Technical Requirements:
- Python Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Python programming and a solid understanding of backend architecture.
- Web Frameworks: Proficiency in modern Python web frameworks (such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or Quart).
- Database Management: Solid experience with relational databases (SQL) and database design principles.
- Version Control & Deployment: Proficient with Git, basic CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Problem Solving: Strong algorithmic thinking and the ability to design efficient solutions to complex problems.
- Asynchronous Programming: Good understanding of asynchronous programming in Python is highly preferred.
Good to Have (Bonus Points):
- Cloud experience with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Prior experience working with Generative AI tools or integrating LLM APIs into applications.
- Experience with distributed databases or microservices architecture.
