About Imex Homes
Imex Homes is a bespoke furniture and luxury interior design studio in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi. We design and build custom wardrobes, vanities, wall panellings, and complete residential interiors — every piece made to client brief, nothing off a catalogue. We're building a design team from the ground up, and we're looking for fresh graduates who want to grow with us.
Who This Role Is For
This is a role for someone at the very start of their career — a fresh graduate with a design qualification and a genuine passion for interiors and furniture. We are not looking for years of experience. We are looking for raw talent, the right attitude, and the ability to learn fast.
You have completed your design education and are ready to work full-time, or you are completing it within the next 60 days. This is not a role for anyone still in an earlier year of study or looking for temporary or part-time work.
You will work directly under our Head of Design, and closely with the founder, in an environment built to teach you. This is a genuine apprenticeship — you will be groomed, mentored, and pushed to grow into an exceptional designer over time.
What You'll Do
- Learn the craft by working alongside our Head of Design on live, real client projects
- Support concept designs, layouts, and drawings for wardrobes, vanities, wall panelling, and custom furniture
- As you grow, take ownership of smaller projects yourself under guidance
- Sit in on client meetings to observe, take notes, and learn the design process end-to-end
- Use design software and AI tools to work faster and smarter
- Take feedback, learn from every project, and steadily build toward becoming a senior designer
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree or diploma in interior design or a closely related field (or completing within 60 days)
- A real design eye — student portfolios are genuinely welcome
- Comfort with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
- Genuine fluency with AI tools — we're a studio that runs on smart use of technology
- A fast, hungry learner who takes feedback without ego and is excited to be mentored
- Reliable, curious, and easy to work with

Compensation
This role begins with a 90-day probation period at a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. On successful completion, your salary will be revised in line with your performance, your learning, and the potential you show.
