Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a personalized check-in and hotel orientation.
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned guests throughout their stay.
- Anticipate guest preferences and proactively fulfill requests before they are expressed.
- Coordinate luggage handling, room preparation, unpacking/packing assistance (where applicable), and departure arrangements.
- Arrange dining reservations, transportation, spa appointments, local experiences, and special celebrations.
- Ensure guest rooms are prepared according to individual preferences and luxury presentation standards.
- Liaise with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure flawless service delivery.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special occasions, allergies, and VIP profiles.
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Promote hotel facilities and personalized experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect guest privacy at all times.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety, hygiene, and service standards.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
