Job Summary
- Experienced procurement professional with 10 years of expertise in vendor management, import procurement, domestic procurement, inventory planning, supply chain coordination, engineering design knowledge. Skilled in managing end-to-end procurement activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for imported and domestic materials.
- Act as the key coordinator between Engineering and Supply Chain with technical knowledge in engineering design
- Coordinate supply chain activities from concept/design stage.
- Ensure Engineering Change
- Knowledge in the Engineering drawings
- Conduct supplier performance monitoring - Every Month
- Handle purchase order creation to all the vendors
- Handling PR request with inter departments
- Delivery date confirmation in PO
- Coordinate import shipments with logistic team
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning, warehouse, and production teams.
- Track supplier deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
- Analyze procurement data and prepare procurement reports and KPIs.
- Montitor inventory turns & Purchase price variance
- Build strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Ensuring On time GRN for supplier Invoices
- Ensuring safety stock for child parts and maintaining the stock levels in the threshold limit, including consumables
- Supplier Invoice reconsolation - Monthly
- Job work stock reconsolation - Monthly

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
