Role Details:
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab (with travel across multiple company farm locations across India)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Farm Supervision: Oversee daily farm operations, including sowing, harvesting, and end-to-end crop management.
Trial Execution: Assist in the execution of field trials and breeding programs while coordinating closely with Farm Managers and Breeders.
Technical Setup: Supervise and maintain irrigation systems, including drip irrigation, and ensure proper operation of farm machinery.
Crop Protection: Ensure effective weed management and promptly report crop health issues.
Data Management: Maintain accurate, consistent, and error-free field records and observations.
Labor Coordination: Manage and coordinate farm labor to ensure timely completion of all farm activities.
Who We Are Looking For:
Education: B.Sc. Agriculture
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in field/farm operations (Mandatory).
Skills: Practical knowledge of modern irrigation systems (especially drip irrigation), farm machinery, and weed management.
Traits: Strong attention to detail, consistency in execution, and a willingness to travel across different farm locations.
