Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Civil Engineer for our project site at Mansa, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of civil construction activities and preferably be from Mansa or nearby locations with knowledge of the Punjabi language to ensure smooth coordination with local teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Monitoring RCC, finishing, and general building construction works.
- Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Assist in quantity checking, measurements, and billing support.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements at the project site.
- Coordinate effectively with local workforce and stakeholders in Punjabi language.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4-5 years of experience in civil construction projects preferred.
- Candidates from Mansa, Punjab or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Must have good communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, drawings reading, and site execution will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Site supervision and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction activities.
- Ability to manage contractors and local workforce.
- Good understanding of quality and safety practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Local candidate from Mansa / nearby Punjab locations preferred.
- Punjabi-speaking candidate who can easily coordinate with site teams.
- Ready to work at project site location.
