Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations for hospital staff while ensuring statutory compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for hospital employees (Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical & Admin Staff).
- Process salaries, incentives, overtime, LOP, reimbursements, and statutory deductions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and department heads for attendance inputs and payroll data.
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll MIS reports to management.
- Maintain payroll records, employee files, and documentation systematically.
- Manage final settlement (F&F) for resigned employees within timelines.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing payroll-related data.
- Handle payroll queries and provide clarification to employees.
- Oversee uniform management and employee maintenance-related activities.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of payroll experience (Healthcare / Hospital experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential payroll data responsibly.
