We are seeking a Bookkeeper & Admin Executive who has strong English communication skills and is eager to build a career working with Australian accounting firms.
This role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support for an Australian CPA firm.
Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping
- Record and process financial transactions accurately.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain client records in accounting software.
- Assist with month-end bookkeeping tasks.
- Work primarily on Xero and MYOB.
Administrative Support
- Monitor and manage email inboxes for Australian CPA firms.
- Respond to client emails professionally.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on outstanding information.
- Organize digital files and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with the Australian team on daily tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Eligibility
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn Australian accounting processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of Xero and/or MYOB.
- Experience working with Australian accounting firms or CPA firms.
- Understanding of Australian bookkeeping practices is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
