Job description
- Manage routine accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Record and verify sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash-flow monitoring.
- Prepare GST invoices, verify GST-related information, and support GST return filing.
- Manage TDS records and assist with TDS compliance and return filing.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and other financial reports as required.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain organized accounting documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
- Ensure financial activities comply with company policies and applicable statutory regulations.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and bookkeeping procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime is required.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Basic Excel formulas
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines.
Eligibility
- Candidates should have practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Must demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail while handling financial information.
- Candidates with experience in Payroll, PF, ESI, or statutory compliance will have an added advantage.
- Candidates should be able to manage accounting responsibilities independently and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or any related field.
- M.Com or MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant academic or practical exposure to accounting and finance are preferred.
Pay: ₹10,796.17 - ₹30,537.02 per month
