Marshalscale is a turnkey commercial interior fit-out company in Qatar.
Ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement for interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Source materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and services.
- Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers.
- Compare quotations and prepare commercial comparison statements.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers regarding procurement requirements.
- Maintain supplier database and vendor performance records.
- Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management.
