Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pedagogical & Curriculum Design Specialist to shape the learning framework of our upcoming institution. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative curricula for Kindergarten and Primary School sections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine progressive curriculum frameworks for early childhood and primary education.
- Integrate humanistic and holistic learning methodologies into daily academic plans.
- Collaborate with the founding team to establish high pedagogical standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Kindergarten and Primary School teaching.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and modern teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and curriculum mapping skills.
