We are looking for a detailed-oriented and energetic Quality Team Leader to join our growing operations in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Quality Analysts, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring our deliverables consistently meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Analyst role. (Prior experience as a TL or Subject Matter Expert is a plus).
Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to reliably commute to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream or equivalent practical experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Quality Analysts to meet daily and monthly calibration goals.
Conduct regular quality audits and side-by-side monitoring to evaluate team performance.
Provide constructive, data-driven feedback and coaching sessions to improve individual agent accuracy.
Analyze quality metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement targeted calibration or training plans.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality scorecards and reports for the management team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and training teams to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, monitoring tools, and feedback mechanisms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking, reporting, and charting.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
