Job Summary
The Trainer – Telecom Technician (IoT Devices/Systems) will be responsible for training candidates on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IoT-enabled telecom devices and systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver theory and practical sessions on IoT devices, sensors, routers, gateways, and telecom systems.
· Train candidates on installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of IoT devices.
· Demonstrate use of mobile apps, software dashboards, and connectivity tools.
· Conduct practical sessions on Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, GSM, and sensor-based devices.
· Maintain trainee attendance, practical records, and assessment reports.
· Prepare lesson plans, training content, and lab setup.
· Guide trainees for assessments, interviews, and placement activities.
· Ensure proper handling and maintenance of lab tools and equipment.
· Maintain documentation as per SSC/NSDC guidelines.
Required Skills
· Good knowledge of IoT devices, networking, and telecom systems.
· Practical knowledge of installation and troubleshooting.
· Good communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to conduct classroom and practical training.
· Basic computer knowledge and report writing skills.
Trainer Qualification
· Graduate in any discipline, preferably Electronics & Communication, Telecom, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· Minimum 6 years of experience in IoT Devices / Optical Fiber / Broadband domain after graduation.
· Certified Trainer mapped to Qualification Pack MEP/Q2601 v3.0 with minimum 80% aggregate score.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
