Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers across the United States through outbound and follow-up calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the best solution.
- Build trust with customers, negotiate confidently, and close sales.
- Follow up with existing leads and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Update customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Previous experience in US sales or an international process is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Complete training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and communication skills.
