Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Operations
- Manage end-to-end operations across all online sales channels including Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, AJIO, Flipkart, Amazon, Tata CLiQ, Bewakoof, and Shopify.
- Ensure 100% listing hygiene by creating, updating, and maintaining product listings with accurate product information, images, attributes, size charts, pricing, and inventory.
- Coordinate timely onboarding of new styles and ensure products go live as per launch calendars.
- Monitor catalogue health and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and content issues.
Pricing & Promotions
- Calculate customer selling prices while maintaining target margins.
- Upload and manage pricing across all marketplaces.
- Plan, upload, and monitor promotional offers, coupons, and discounts aligned with platform events and marketing calendars.
- Ensure pricing consistency across channels wherever required.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns including:
- Product Listing Ads (PLA)
- Sponsored Products
- Brand Campaigns
- Visibility campaigns
- Monitor advertising ROI, ACOS, ROAS, CPC, and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with marketplace account managers to improve visibility and sales.
Inventory & Replenishment
- Plan inventory allocation across all marketplaces.
- Monitor stock availability to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sourcing, and production teams for timely replenishment.
- Ensure healthy inventory ageing and improve sell-through.
Marketplace Relationship Management
- Coordinate regularly with category managers and account managers across marketplaces.
- Participate in event planning, campaign discussions, and visibility opportunities.
- Negotiate for better placements, banners, home page visibility, and marketing support.
- Ensure smooth execution of platform events and launches.
Order & Operations Management
- Monitor daily order processing and fulfilment operations.
- Track dispatch timelines, cancellation rates, SLA compliance, and customer experience metrics.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Ensure smooth returns and reverse logistics management.
Claims & Finance Coordination
- Execute and follow up on SPF (Strategic Partnership Fund) claims and other marketplace marketing claims.
- Coordinate with finance teams for claim reconciliation and payment tracking.
- Verify invoices, reimbursements, and deductions raised by marketplaces.
- Assist in resolving payment discrepancies.
Business Analytics & Reporting
- Track daily sales, revenue, traffic, conversion, returns, and profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Analyse category performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Recommend pricing, assortment, and inventory actions based on data.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
