Job Summary
Roljack Asia Limited, Udaipur is looking for a Service Coordinator with practical knowledge of automobile service, production, and coordination. The candidate should be capable of coordinating between customers, service teams, production, and sales, with a willingness to contribute to sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service activities, customer requirements, and service schedules.
- Coordinate between customers, service engineers, production, and internal departments.
- Handle service calls, follow-ups, complaints, and customer communication.
- Maintain service records, reports, job status, and follow-up details.
- Coordinate spare parts and service requirements with the concerned teams.
- Understand basic automobile/machinery service and production processes.
- Support the sales team in customer follow-ups, lead generation, quotations, and business development.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate customer visits, site/service requirements, and after-sales support.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer and service-related issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in service coordination, automobile service, production coordination, or a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of automobile service and production processes preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Should be comfortable with customer follow-ups and sales activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and work with different departments.
- Willingness to travel for customer/site visits when required.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates having experience in Automobile, Machinery, Industrial Equipment, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, or Production industries will be preferred.
