Centre Manager – Skill Development Centre (DDU-GKY)
Location: NAWADA, BIHAR
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the training centre.
- Lead and supervise trainers, MIS, counsellors, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth batch formation, training delivery, attendance, and assessments.
- Monitor compliance with DDU-GKY/NSDC and other project guidelines.
- Coordinate with mobilization, placement, and head office teams.
- Maintain centre records, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of classrooms, labs, hostel, and centre infrastructure.
- Support audits, inspections, and government visits.
- Resolve trainee and staff issues professionally.
- Achieve training, certification, and placement targets.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in skill development, education, or training centre operations.
- Experience in DDU-GKY, PMKVY, JSDM, BSDM, or other government skill development projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
