Job Description:
We are looking for a Producer to support the planning, execution, and management of media production projects [podcasts].
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in pre-production planning, budgeting, and shoot coordination
- Conduct detailed research to support content development
- Edit content with attention to narrative flow, pacing, and quality [short-form digital content]
- Develop and create new ideas, video concepts and formats with ownership.
- Collaborate with team members throughout the production lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in podcast production, audio production, radio, or digital media (pre-production, cinematography, editing)
- Knowldge and experience in short-form digital content
- Curiosity and speed of learning over perfection
- Strong storytelling instincts
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Academic background or prior experience in media production, communication, or a related field is a plus
