Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Verbal Ability Faculty to train students preparing for competitive entrance examinations, including CAT, XAT, MAT, CLAT, CUET (UG), and IPMAT/IPM. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional command over the English language, strong analytical reasoning skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, result-oriented classroom sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom and online sessions for Verbal Ability and English Language.
- Teach students preparing for:
- CAT
- XAT
- MAT
- CLAT
- CUET (UG)
- IPMAT/IPM
- Cover topics including:
- Reading Comprehension (RC)
- Vocabulary Building
- Grammar and Usage
- Sentence Correction
- Para Jumbles
- Para Summary
- Odd One Out
- Fill in the Blanks
- Cloze Test
- Verbal Reasoning
- Critical Reasoning
- Logical Flow of Ideas
- Synonyms & Antonyms
- Idioms & Phrases
- Word Usage and Contextual Vocabulary
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, and practice assignments.
- Prepare sectional and full-length mock tests aligned with the latest exam patterns.
- Evaluate answer sheets, provide detailed feedback, and monitor student progress.
- Mentor students on exam strategy, time management, accuracy improvement, and score optimization.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-to-one academic mentoring.
- Stay updated with the latest examination patterns, syllabus changes, and question trends.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, orientation sessions, demo lectures, and academic events.
- Collaborate with the content development team to enhance course materials.
- Maintain student attendance, performance records, and academic reports.
Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Humanities, or any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with excellent aptitude and competitive exam teaching experience will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–8 years of teaching experience in Verbal Ability for CAT, XAT, CLAT, CUET, IPMAT, or similar competitive examinations.
- Freshers with outstanding academic credentials and exceptional communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
- Thorough understanding of CAT, XAT, CLAT, CUET, and IPMAT exam patterns.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
- Strong presentation, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in creating academic content, question papers, and mock tests.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and MS Office.
- Strong analytical thinking and student-focused approach.

Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
