Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller cum Counselor to guide students and parents regarding our academic programs, generate admissions, and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students and parents from the provided database.
Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate guidance and timely follow-ups. Handle walk-in inquiries and provide professional counseling.
Maintain daily call reports, inquiry records, and admission updates. Follow up regularly with interested candidates until admission is completed.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admission campaigns.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Attend seminars, counseling sessions, and promotional events whenever required.
Maintain excellent communication and a positive relationship with students and parents.
Resolve basic queries related to classes, schedules, and admission procedures.
Ensure confidentiality of student information and maintain professional ethics.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
