Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and driven Principal Associate – International Disputes to handle complex cross-border disputes, international arbitration matters, and commercial litigation. The role involves advising domestic and international clients, managing high-value disputes, drafting pleadings and submissions, conducting legal research, and representing clients before arbitral tribunals and courts. The candidate will also mentor junior associates and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle international arbitration and cross-border dispute matters.
- Draft pleadings, statements of claim/defence, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with international counsel.
- Mentor junior team members and review their work.
- Contribute to practice development, publications, and client outreach.
Desired Profile
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution; LL.M. in International Arbitration/Dispute Resolution is preferred.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in international disputes, arbitration, and commercial litigation.
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and analytical skills.
- Exposure to institutional arbitrations (SIAC, ICC, LCIA, etc.) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and client-management abilities.
Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
