Job Purpose:
To lead and manage a team of Sales Executives and Merchandisers to achieve sales targets, ensure effective market execution, and deliver business growth in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Plan and execute area-wise sales strategies, promotions, and new product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stores and distributors.
- Ensure proper route planning, market coverage, and product visibility.
- Review sales performance regularly and implement improvement actions.
- Identify training needs and provide market or classroom training to the team.
- Track sales data, collections, and report market feedback to management.
- Ensure discipline, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline (Engineers not preferred).
- 4–5 years of sales experience in FMCG or a similar industry.
- Good communication in English and local language.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Age below 30 years preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
