Position Overview:
The Account Manager will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their campaigns are executed smoothly. This role requires someone who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for clients, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to expand service offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising agency or similar environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
