We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, business development, and sales growth across the Tricity region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and field visits.
- Meet homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and real estate developers. Present design concepts, products, and services to prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior and décor solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Business Development
Develop partnerships with architects, builders, and property consultants. Identify opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain lead and customer records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track project pipelines and conversion rates.
Preferred Skills
