Arch Recruiters is hiring on behalf of a leading company in the Solar Energy & Electrical Industry for the position of Sales Head – Solar Energy Solutions based in Ludhiana, Punjab.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Head to lead and expand the company's solar business across Punjab and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solar energy, electrical products, renewable energy, or related industries, along with strong leadership, business development, and team management capabilities.
This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who can drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, mentor the sales team, and contribute to the organization's long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential segments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, channel partners, EPC contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Promote and sell solar energy solutions, including rooftop and industrial solar projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen market presence.
- Collaborate with project execution, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance updates for senior management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel Management, preferably in the Solar Energy, Renewable Energy, Electrical, EPC, or Power sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in handling key accounts and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Sound understanding of solar products, rooftop solar projects, industrial solar solutions, and renewable energy markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab and surrounding regions.
- Possession of a valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be preferred.
- Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Engineering, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (commensurate with experience and expertise)

Preferred Candidates
