About the Role
Harvin Chairs is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Logistics Manager to lead our sales operations while ensuring smooth logistics and supply chain management. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving business growth, managing customer relationships, coordinating dispatches, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle B2B and retail customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
Manage order processing from confirmation to successful delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for timely dispatches.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Manage transport vendors and logistics partners.
Prepare sales reports, logistics reports, and performance analysis.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through efficient service.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in Sales, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and achieve targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Sales, Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain.
Experience in the furniture, e-commerce, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
