Based in Pune, we specialize in premium and customized wildlife safaris across India and Africa, focused on storytelling, conservation, photography, and luxury travel experiences for global audiences.
We are looking for an experienced Website Developer & SEO Specialist to help us build and manage a premium, cinematic and globally appealing digital experience for international clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Website Developer & SEO Specialist based in Pune. The role involves CMS based front-end and back-end website development, SEO optimization, complete website development, performance improvement and maintaining a seamless user experience across all devices.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern UI/UX, experience in CMS based premium website aesthetics, SEO and website performance optimization. We are looking for someone who can independently manage projects and contribute creatively to the growth of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a modern, CMS based high-performing website
* Create SEO-optimized pages and implement technical SEO and on-page SEO best practices
* Improve website speed, responsiveness, and user experience
* Build limited time landing pages focused on international inbound clients
* Manage blogs, galleries and storytelling-driven content
* Optimize website structure for Google rankings and organic reach
* Troubleshoot technical issues and improve website functionality
* Collaborate with the team on design, branding, and web strategies
Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in website development
* Strong understanding of SEO & website optimization
* Experience with CMS with Wix/ WordPress/ Webflow, React, or modern web platforms
* Strong UI/UX and mobile-first design understanding
* Experience in Front-End & Back-End Web Development
* Good understanding of modern programming frameworks and technologies
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to independently manage and execute projects
Bonus Skills
* Experience in luxury, travel, hospitality, or storytelling brands
* Understanding of cinematic and immersive website experiences
* Previous experience working on travel/tourism websites is a plus
