Job Purpose
TapnHome Service Private Limited is looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to perform installation, repair, maintenance, and customization of wooden furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, and other carpentry-related work. The ideal candidate should deliver high-quality workmanship while ensuring customer satisfaction and following company safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain wooden furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, wardrobes, and other wooden fixtures.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other materials according to project requirements.
- Perform furniture repairs, polishing, laminating, and minor modifications.
- Install modular furniture, kitchen cabinets, office furniture, and wooden partitions.
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and work specifications.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and safely use carpentry tools and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies while working on-site.
- Keep the work area clean and organized after completing assignments.
- Coordinate with customers and supervisors to understand work requirements.
- Maintain records of completed work and materials used.
- Perform other carpentry-related tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
- ITI in Carpentry or relevant trade is preferred.
- Previous experience in carpentry, furniture installation, or interior work is an advantage.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of carpentry techniques and woodworking.
- Ability to operate carpentry tools and machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
- Problem-solving and measurement skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
- Weekly off as per company policy.
