- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring regulatory compliance, managing worker health and safety, and handling complex scheduling (such as compliance with maximum driving hour regulations).
- Training & Technology Upskilling: Providing training on modern Example Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), digital tracking, and logistics platforms.
- Performance Management: Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tied to distribution metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, order accuracy, and fleet efficiency.
- Compensation & Retention: Structuring fair pay (including overtime and distance bonuses) to retain top talent and prevent high turnover in physically demanding roles.
#Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven work experience in HR, including at least 1 years in a management role.
- Certifications: Certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are highly preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
