About the Role
Gleuhr is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Relationship Manager with prior experience in healthcare field sales. The ideal candidate should have an established network with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies, and be capable of building long-term business relationships to expand Gleuhr’s referral ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and other healthcare partners.
* Generate referrals and business opportunities through existing professional networks.
* Onboard new referral partners and strengthen engagement with existing partners.
* Conduct regular field visits to healthcare professionals and institutions.
* Present Gleuhr’s healthcare solutions and referral programs professionally.
* Train partner staff on the referral process and QR-based patient registration.
* Ensure achievement of monthly partner acquisition and referral targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth patient onboarding and partner support.
* Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
* Submit daily field activity reports and weekly performance updates.
Candidate Profile
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
* 2–5 years of experience in healthcare field sales.
* Prior experience working with hospitals, doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, or pharmaceutical companies is mandatory.
* Strong existing network within the healthcare ecosystem.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
