Odoo ERP Functional Consultant
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Odoo ERP Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, implement ERP solutions, and provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis skills, CRM knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to work closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client business requirements and workflows.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, process flow diagrams, and functional documents.
- Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules based on business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customizations and integrations.
- Support UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation activities.
- Deliver user training and prepare SOPs, manuals, and training materials.
- Manage and optimize CRM processes, including lead and customer lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Odoo ERP Functional Consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and business process mapping.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, or Accounting.
- Ability to conduct requirement gathering, training, and implementation support independently.
