Retail & Operations Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Handle product stocking, labeling, and quality checks.
- Pack and dispatch customer orders with care and attention to detail.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers in-store and at exhibitions.
- Represent The House of Destiny at exhibitions, pop-ups, and events.
- Set up, manage, and dismantle exhibition stalls while ensuring a premium brand presentation.
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
- Coordinate with the marketing team during product launches and festive campaigns.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
- Travel within and outside Ahmedabad for exhibitions, pop-up events, sourcing, and other business-related activities as required.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Passion for fashion, jewelry, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and representing the brand professionally.
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends during exhibitions, events, and festive seasons.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in retail, operations, customer service, inventory management, or event coordination.
- Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
