Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science or Information Technology.
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 Years
Job Description
- Installation and Maintenance of windows operating system related to Desktop/Laptop Infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting windows operating system issues.
- Installation and configuration of approved software’s.
- Identify, log and resolve technical problems on approved software applications.
- Installation and Maintenance of printers, scanners etc.
- Troubleshooting LAN network related issues.
- Troubleshooting for failed antivirus.
- Connection/windows patch failure related to Desktop/Laptop.
- Proactive monitoring measures to keep system up and running in line with standards.
- Ensure work to be carried out with agreed service levels and department guidelines.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
