Job Description – BOS (Boutique Operations Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Maintain Tally records, billing, stock, inventory, and operational documentation.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Handle data analysis using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Monitor stock movement, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and Head Office regarding operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Tanishq SOPs, processes, and operational standards.
- Support the sales team and ensure smooth customer service and store operations.
- Manage operational documentation, reports, and audit-related activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in jewellery retail/boutique operations.
- Tally knowledge is mandatory.
- VLOOKUP & Pivot Table knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, billing, MIS, and retail operations.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Jewellery industry experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
