Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the ATS or tracking sheets.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth progress and timely closures.
Support salary discussions, offer negotiation, and joining coordination.
Track hiring progress and suggest improvements to sourcing and pipeline quality.
