We are looking for a dynamic leader to establish and manage our new branch, taking full ownership of business growth, operational efficiency, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software/IT services, combining the skills of a Branch Manager with the process discipline of an Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Market Growth

Develop and execute a local market entry strategy to build the branch’s client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software development, IT services, and consulting.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets for the branch.
2. Operations & Delivery Management

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and quality delivery.
- Manage project execution, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.
3. Leadership & Team Management

Recruit, train, and mentor the branch team, including developers, project managers, and support staff.
- Create a positive work culture that fosters high performance and accountability.
- Set and monitor KPIs for all team members.
4. Financial & Administrative Control

Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and P&L reports.
- Control operational costs without compromising quality.
- Oversee vendor management, office administration, and procurement.
