Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QS & Planning Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have experience in quantity surveying, project planning, cost estimation, billing, and scheduling for civil construction projects. The candidate will work closely with project managers, site engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Prepare client and subcontractor bills and verify measurements.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
- Develop and update project schedules using planning software.
- Track project progress and identify schedule variances.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution of work.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Planning .
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and/or Primavera P6.
- Good understanding of BOQ preparation, billing, estimation, and planning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
