Key Responsibilities Program & Test Management Define and execute enterprise-wide Test Strategy for large transformation programs. Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle including SIT, System Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, Regression, Performance, and Production Validation. Lead multiple testing teams across projects, vendors, and geographies. Establish testing governance, quality gates, and release readiness criteria. Drive risk-based testing and defect prevention strategies. Provide regular status updates to Program Directors, Business Leaders, and Executive Management. Insurance Domain Testing Lead testing across Insurance platforms including: Policy Administration Systems New Business & Underwriting Claims Management Agency & Distribution Systems Customer Servicing Billing & Collections Product Configuration POSV & Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as IRDAI guidelines and data privacy standards. Digital Transformation & Customer Experience Manage testing for: Web Applications Mobile Applications Customer Portals Agent/Broker Portals API & Microservices Ecosystems CRM Platforms Cloud-based Solutions Drive quality engineering practices across Agile and DevOps environments. Automation & Quality Engineering Define enterprise automation roadmap and implementation strategy. Improve automation coverage and CI/CD integration. Lead adoption of modern testing tools and AI-enabled testing solutions. Drive shift-left testing practices and continuous quality engineering. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Business, Product Owners, Architects, Development Teams, PMOs, and Vendors. Manage executive-level communication and governance meetings. Present quality metrics, release health, and risk assessments to senior leadership. Metrics & Reporting Define and track: Defect Leakage Test Coverage Automation Coverage Release Quality Index Regression Effectiveness Test Execution Progress Quality KPIs and SLAs Watermelon experience
