Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and effective team management.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and minimizing wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen and store teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, statutory, and company regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant operations with supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.

Compensation & Benefits
- As per company policy and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
