Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets.
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate production employees.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production output, efficiency, and waste levels.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse teams.
- Implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
